It was a tedious task, but the kimchi was pretty successful.
I followed a recipe for mak kimchi by Maagchi
I've been snooping around her blog for awhile since David Lebovitz linked to it...
I like korean food, but my allergy to gochujang kinda depleted that romance. but now there is hope!
unless i prove sensitive to the fish sauce I used in this recipe...
I halved Maagchi's recipe coz there wasn't enough room in my fridge but I still have extra kimchi paste so i think i am goon go out and buy one more cabbage to use it with.
